Personalized items are non-refundable.
Items are shipped with great care to prevent any damage. But of course, once it is in shipping, we have no control as to what happens to the package. If the items received are damaged or are not to the quality expected these are the steps to take.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or concern. Also please take photos of the package.
We will assess the damage and either replace the item and try and ship as soon as possible. We will try and get items to you by desired date but again once shipped it is out of our control to the time frame the items will arrive.
If the item received was not to the quality you expected please let us know the concern you have. Since these items are personalized, they can not be returned or refunded. They are made for you at your request with personalized names and dates.
