Once a proof is good to go into printing a shipping date will be sent and SHIPPING TRACKING information will be sent once they have been shipped. We ship by priority mail 1-3 business day delivery

Program Fan
Items are shipped with great care to prevent any damage. But of course, once it is in shipping, we have no control as to what happens to the package. If the items received are damaged or are not to the quality expected these are the steps to take.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or concern. Also please take photos of the package.
We will assess the damage and either replace the item and try and ship as soon as possible. We will try and get items to you by desired date but again once shipped it is out of our control to the time frame the items will arrive.
